The AirClean Systems AC600 Series is a vertical laminar flow workstation for non-hazardous work that needs a clean surface: media preparation, plating, non-hazardous sterile compounding, sample preparation and electronics assembly. Room air is drawn through an electrostatic pre-filter, pushed down through a HEPA filter and delivered as ISO 5 vertical laminar flow across the whole chamber and sash opening; the air recirculates to the room, so nothing is ducted. It plugs into a standard 110 V or 220 V outlet and ships fully assembled.
What it is not. A laminar flow hood directs filtered air toward the operator — it protects the work, not the person. Pathogens, human cell lines, cytotoxic drugs or volatile chemicals call for a biological safety cabinet or a fume hood. When you need a laminar flow hood, and when you don't.

Choose the tall version when tall vessels, racks or small instruments have to sit inside the chamber.

- UVTect® microprocessor controller with real-time monitoring of the installed filter bed and a filter safety lockout so only the correct replacement filter can be fitted

- Filter and electronics mounted above the workspace, away from spills
- ISO 5 tested; tested to UL 61010-1, CSA C22.2 No. 61010-1 and EN 61326-1
