How long does the discount last?
Your 15% LaunchLab discount is active for 12 months from the date your account is approved. Before it expires, we'll reach out about renewal options so there's no interruption to your pricing.
Is there a minimum order or annual commitment?
No. Order one item or a full lab buildout — your discount applies every time, with no minimums and no contracts. Plus, every order ships free.
Does the discount apply to equipment too?
Yes. Your 15% LaunchLab discount applies to everything we sell — including centrifuges, microscopes, freeze dryers, rotary evaporators, and all other equipment from our brand partners.
Can I use LaunchLab with a purchase order or institutional purchasing?
Absolutely. We accept purchase orders from universities, hospitals, and companies. Your LaunchLab pricing will be reflected on quotes and invoices. Contact us at support@labsupplies.com to set up PO billing.
Can my lab manager or purchasing agent place orders on my behalf?
Yes. Anyone at your institution can place orders using your LaunchLab account and the discount applies automatically. You can also share the account login with your lab team.
What happens after my 12 months are up?
Before your LaunchLab period ends, we'll reach out with renewal options. Many labs continue with a loyalty discount. Either way, there's no obligation — we want to earn your repeat business, not lock you into it.
