Dispensers thread onto the bottle, so the bottle's thread finish decides the fit. GL45 is the common standard and most dispensers ship with adapters for the other frequent sizes. Check the thread on the bottles you already stock before ordering, not just the volume range.

Check every wetted part against the chemical, not just the housing — the piston, the valves, the seals and the discharge tube each have their own resistance. Concentrated acids, strong bases and some organics need a dispenser specified for them; using the wrong one degrades seals and contaminates the reagent before it visibly fails.

Prime out all air before the first dispense — an air bubble in the cylinder is the most common cause of a short delivery — and recalibrate after changing reagent or after cleaning. Rinse with water before storage if it has held anything that crystallises.
