How do I find the replacement shelf or bracket for my Yamato oven or incubator?

Type your unit's model number into the search box above — DKV-600, IC-402, DH-612 — and the parts that fit it come back with the equipment. Yamato sizes these by series, not by individual model: part 212246 covers the 400-series ovens and incubators, and 212266 covers 600, 602, 800, 802 and 812. Each set includes the shelf and its mounting brackets.

My oven is a DKN. Do you still sell it?

No — Yamato discontinued the DKN series, and the DKV series replaced it. The catalogue here carries DKV-400, 410, 600, 610, 810 and 910. DKN accessories are a different matter: the shelf sets and stacking kits that fit DKN units are still current parts and are listed, because the same part fits the DVS and DX ovens Yamato still builds.

Why does the same model appear at two different part numbers?

Voltage. Yamato gives the 115V and 220V builds of one instrument separate part numbers — SK-102C is the 115V compact sterilizer and SK-112C is the 220V. Eighty products here are listed that way, and the Voltage column and filter show which is which. Order the part number that matches your bench supply.

What is the difference between Yamato's “with dryer” and “without dryer” sterilizers?

A with-dryer sterilizer (the SM series) runs a drying cycle after sterilizing, so loads come out dry and ready to wrap. The without-dryer models (SN, SQ and SQL) finish at the end of the steam cycle and cost less for the same chamber volume — an SN-300C is a 32 L chamber, as is the SM-301, and both are listed here.

How cold do the ultra-low freezers actually go?

The ULF range covers −40°C to −85°C on most models and −40°C to −80°C on the rest; the Temperature column on each row states which. They are made in the USA. The separate low-temperature LTF series is a warmer class and is listed under the same Freezers & Refrigeration heading.
