Collection: Laboratory Glassware Washers
Laboratory Glassware Washers
Yamato Scientific glassware washers deliver safer, more consistent cleaning and disinfection than hand washing — from a compact benchtop unit to a fully programmable, process-monitorable lab washer. LabSupplies.com is an authorized Yamato dealer offering the AW benchtop washer and the AWD series with touch-screen control and color-coded process monitoring.
The range
-
AW-47 — semi-automatic benchtop washer: a compact unit using an upward/downward two-way pressurized water jet with rotating nozzles. Holds 450 test tubes or 36 volumetric flasks; built-in 1 kW heater (room temp to 60°C) needs no boiler piping. Set the time and start.
-
AWD-510 — process-monitorable lab washer: a programmable washer with a 4.3" touch panel, pre-wash → wash → rinse → final-wash cycle (up to 93°C), nine stored programs, and color-coded interior lighting so you can read cleaning progress from across the lab. Made in Japan.
-
AWD-510DRY — with pre-drying: the AWD-510 plus an integrated pre-drying stage (~60°C, 1–360 min) for ready-to-use glassware.
Why a Yamato washer
-
Even, validated cleaning — top/middle/bottom rotary jet nozzles reach all glassware; the AWD monitors each process step.
-
Safe effluent — the AWD cools hot water to ≤60°C before discharge, so no heat-resistant drain piping is needed.
-
Operator-friendly — double-glazed window stays cool during hot disinfection; electronic door lock; automatic detergent dispensing (AWD).
-
Optional jet racks clean narrow-neck flasks and hard-to-reach interiors.
