How is the height adjusted?

Most adjust with bolted or telescoping legs in steps; Stackbin's lift models use a hand crank or hydraulic lift. The product page states the method for each model.

How is freight charged?

Freight is calculated at checkout from the delivery address and is shown as one "Freight shipping" line. Truck-shipped benches go with liftgate delivery to a business address; some Global Industrial benches ship UPS Ground in cartons. We ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington DC.
