The Yamato MK-161 compact shaker offers three shaking motions — rotary, elliptical, and reciprocate — selectable on a single benchtop unit, running from 20–200 rpm with a 30 mm throw. A stable, high-torque DC brushless motor drives the W290 × D250 mm shaking stage, making one instrument flexible enough for mixing, staining, extraction, and gentle cell work.
A digital timer covers 0.1 min (6 seconds) to 99.9 hours plus continuous operation. At W350 × D300 × H150 mm and about 15 kg it fits crowded benches — and inside the Yamato IN-604W incubator for temperature-controlled shaking incubation. Made in Japan; available in 115 V and 220 V.
