The Pulse 150 DP0150 is an ultrasonic homogenizer for breaking cells in suspension, shearing DNA and preparing ChIP samples. Output is continuously adjustable from 1.5 to 150 W at 20–25 kHz, handling 0.1 mL to 150 mL with the right horn. The package includes the controller, transducer, temperature probe, a 6 mm titanium horn for 10 mL to 100 mL, horn wrenches and a soundproof enclosure with sample platform. Pulse timing, duty cycle and power are set on a 4.3 in touch screen, with 20 programs in memory.
