The bond is formulated to eliminate uneven edge breakage or chipping on the wheel edge. This technology advancement improves operator safety by reducing high energy debris during the grinding process, eliminates the need to dress the wheel to regain a workable edge, and provides longer wheel life and increased consistency. Sharp and durable zirconia alumina abrasive grains cut smoothly and hold up in the most challenging foundry cleaning room applications. Combination wheels offer flexibility and efficiency when switching between cutting and grinding applications.
