Weiler Tiger AO 2.0 type 28 grinding wheels are the next evolution in abrasives. These wheels now last up to 40% longer without sacrificing cut-rate, resulting in fewer change-overs and more material removed over the life of the wheel. An advanced bond formulation eliminates uneven edge wear, reducing high energy debris during the grinding process and improving balance for smooth operation. The Tiger 2.0 upgrade features a QR code on the wheel for quick access to important safety information and an Optimum Use Line to help get the most out of the wheel. Using the wheel to its full life reduces change-overs, which helps users be more productive while reducing waste and abrasive spend. The type 28 concave "or saucer" shape is designed for increased aggression at lower working angles and increased access.
