Weiler Stem-Mounted Knot Wire Wheel

Weiler 3-1/4" Stem-Mounted Knot Wire Wheel provides a heavy-duty brushing action with some flexibility for demanding deburring applications on Steel. The permanently-attached 1/4 in stem are intended for use on CNC,/Milling/Automatic Machines, Die Grinders, Drills, Drill Presses, Right Angle Die Grinders and Straight Grinders.

Knotted wire is twisted into stiff bundles, which makes it the aggressive choice — suited to heavy scale, weld slag, rust and paint removal. The fill is stainless wire, which suits stainless and aluminium — carbon steel wire leaves embedded particles behind that rust, which is the reason stainless brushes exist. Wire diameter runs .0118" to .020" — the finer the wire the gentler the finish, the coarser the faster it cuts. Made in the USA.
