Weiler Polyflex Encapsulated Crimped Wire End Brush

Weiler 1/2" Polyflex Encapsulated Crimped Wire End Brush features a burgundy elastomer that gradually wears exposing consistent short trim for maximum aggression and long life. Ideal for applications on flat surfaces that require maximum aggression but no flexibility in the brushing action. 1/4" stem for use on die grinder and right angle air die grinder.

Crimped wire is left loose and springy, giving a softer face — suited to general cleaning, light deburring and finishing where a knot brush would be too aggressive. The fill is carbon steel wire, which suits general cleaning of steel — but not stainless, where it leaves particles that rust. Wire diameter runs .0104" — the finer the wire the gentler the finish, the coarser the faster it cuts. Made in the USA.
