Sizing the system
Place one puck at each point where water would collect first: under a water heater, beside a floor drain, beneath a chiller. The gateway handles up to 150 sensors within a 500 ft radius, so more pucks can be added as the coverage map grows.
To guard a perimeter rather than a point, the SS3-109 water rope sensor detects liquid anywhere along 3 m (10 ft) of rope on the same gateway.
