The ATOMIKAIR® is the industrial unit in the Surgically Clean Air range. A single unit moves over a million cubic feet of air an hour at 17,383 CFM and treats facilities up to 40,000 sq ft, built to run continuously in warehousing, manufacturing, food and cold storage, and fabrication. All five MERV-13 filters wash and reuse, so there is no recurring replacement-filter line item.

Destratification
By continuously mixing the stratified column of air in a high-bay space, ATOMIKAIR pulls warm air down off the ceiling back to floor level, cutting the heating load through the cold months. An optional summer deflector reverses the benefit in warm weather.

Surgically Clean Air references this unit under more than one numbering scheme, and a 240V option is listed by the manufacturer that is not on our current price schedule. Surgically Clean Air does not publish dimensions, weight, amperage or motor data for this unit — we will obtain the current figures, the available voltages and the warranty term direct from the manufacturer and confirm them against your electrical supply before any order is placed.
Sized per facility. The manufacturer scopes this unit to the building rather than selling it from a shelf. Send us square footage, ceiling height, processes and available voltage and we will come back with coverage, unit count and a delivered freight quote.
Accessories. An optional summer deflector is offered for warm-weather operation, and replacement MERV-13 filter sets are available. Ask us to add them to the same freight rather than shipping them separately.
Sizing this unit for your building
Size on air volume, not floor area. Required airflow in CFM = (length × width × ceiling height ÷ 60) × your target air changes per hour (ACH).
At 5 ACH, one ATOMIKAIR delivers enough airflow for roughly 23,177 sq ft under a 9 ft ceiling, or 8,692 sq ft under a 24 ft high-bay ceiling. Ceiling height matters enormously at industrial scale, which is why the manufacturer scopes coverage per building.
Filters, warranty and support
Replacement filters and parts come directly from Surgically Clean Air — one accountable line for service, filters and parts, with no third party in the middle. As an authorized partner we register your unit with SCA at the point of sale, so your warranty is on file from day one.
