The Pelican Storm IM2975 gives 29 × 18 × 13.8 in of interior and closes on Press & Pull latches that lock themselves — worth having when the case is opened and shut all day, or worked with gloves on. With Pick n’ Pluck foam plucked to shape that leaves room for an instrument up to 26 × 15 × 11.8 in. It is watertight, crushproof and dustproof to IP67, sealed on a gasketed O-ring, and carries an automatic pressure equalisation valve so it still opens after a flight or a cold room.
