The Triple-Pure starter kit contains 10 prefilled tubes of each of five zirconium (ceramic) bead diameters: 0.1, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 3.0 mm. Beads are acid washed, heat treated and certified free of nuclease and protease, and the fill process is qPCR-tested for stray DNA. Benchmark rates the tubes for most bead homogenizers, including the BeadBug 3, BeadBug 6 and BeadBlaster 24.
