The TC 9639 T5000-96 is a gradient thermal cycler fitted with a multiformat block that holds 96 × 0.2 mL tubes, 0.2 mL strips or one non-skirted 96-well plate. Block temperature is held to ±0.2°C accuracy and uniformity, ramping at up to 5°C per second, and the heated lid adjusts from 30°C to 112°C. Protocols are entered through an on-screen wizard and stored without limit on a flash drive.
