SureTemp ovens are digitally controlled gravity convection ovens that heat to 200°C for drying, heating, sterilizing and baking in agricultural and industrial work. PID control compensates automatically after a door opening or load change, with stability as low as ±0.5°C. Set temperature and time and the oven holds the setpoint for the run, or select continuous mode for longer jobs. Construction is double-walled with six-sided fiberglass insulation, a sealed door, stainless steel chamber, large viewing window and in-lab calibration.
