Roto-Therm combines a 24 rpm tube rotator with a heated chamber that is digitally programmed from ambient +5 to 60°C. It suits temperature-dependent resuspension, protein binding, nucleic acid purification, histochemistry and hybridization. Interchangeable holders take tubes from 0.5 to 50 mL, and motion adjusts from vertical end-over-end to horizontal rolling. An in-lab calibration function checks temperature accuracy. The unit weighs 9 lb.
