MyFuge is a personal mini centrifuge for quick spin-downs of microtubes and PCR tubes. Closing the lid brings the rotor to 6,000 rpm (2,000 × g); opening it brakes the rotor to a stop in about one second. Two rotors are included: an 8-place rotor for 1.5/2.0 mL tubes, installed, and a PCR rotor holding 32 × 0.2 mL tubes or 4 strips. The spare rotor, removal key and 0.5 mL adapters store in a compartment in the base.
