The MultiTherm H5000-HC is a temperature-controlled vortex shaker that both heats and cools, holding the block from 20°C below ambient up to 100°C in 0.1°C steps with ±1.0°C accuracy. Speed is set from 200 to 1,500 rpm in 10 rpm increments on a 3 mm orbit. Interchangeable blocks, sold separately, take tubes from 0.2 mL to 50 mL, including up to six 50 mL tubes, as well as plates. The block heats at 5.0°C per minute and cools at 2.5°C per minute.
