BioMixer is the larger fixed-speed nutating mixer in Benchmark's 3D line, built around a 12 × 12 in platform. Its three-dimensional motion mixes blood tubes and centrifuge tubes evenly without foaming, and an autoclavable dimpled mat holds the tubes in place. Motion is preset: 24 rpm on 115V units, 20 rpm on 230V, at ±20° tilt. The brushless motor is rated for 4°C to 50°C surroundings.
