The BactiZapper Tilt XL widens the heating chamber to 35 mm (1.38 in) so the necks of larger tubes, flasks and bottles can be sterilized without an open flame. Chamber depth is 100 mm, and the infrared element reaches 815°C to complete sterilization in 5–7 seconds. As on the standard Tilt, the head angle can be adjusted for ergonomic positioning. The unit measures 4 × 6 × 11 in and weighs 3.5 lb (1.6 kg).
