Agarose LE is a high-purity, multi-purpose agarose refined without organic solvents. It separates nucleic acids and proteins from 150 bp to 25 kbp, and its low EEO (−mr ≤ 0.13) speeds migration and sharpens bands. A 1.5% gel sets at 36°C ± 1.5°C and melts at 88°C ± 1.5°C; gel strength at 1% exceeds 1200 g/cm². No RNase, DNase, protease or endonuclease is detected. Sizes are 25 g, 100 g and 500 g, stored at room temperature.
