Agarose HR is a high-resolution, PCR-grade agarose for separating small DNA fragments in the 20–800 bp range. Use it to resolve PCR products and to analyze short tandem repeats (STRs) and AFLP fragments. Gel strength exceeds 750 g/cm² at 1.5%, and RNase, DNase, protease and endonuclease activity were none detected. It is made without organic solvents, stores at room temperature, and comes in a 100 g bottle.
