The Accuris E3200 is a large-format 302 nm transilluminator with a 210 × 260 mm viewing surface for big gels or several small gels at once. Four 14W UV bulbs give higher sensitivity for picking out faint bands of stained nucleic acids, and intensity is variable. The surface is scratch-resistant UV filter glass under a hinged UV-blocking cover. The unit measures 350 × 300 × 85 mm and runs from a 24 VDC adapter that accepts 100–240V AC.
