The SmartReader UV-Vis MR9610 is a stand-alone microplate absorbance reader built around a monochromator, so any wavelength from 200 to 1000 nm can be selected without filters. It reads standard 96-well and 384-well plates in endpoint, kinetic or spectral scanning modes, covering ELISA, Bradford, Lowry and turbidity assays as well as nucleic acid and protein quantitation. Programming is done on a 10-inch color touch screen with no PC required, and data exports to a USB flash drive.
