The SmartReader MultiMode MR9620 combines three detection systems in one microplate reader: a xenon flash lamp and monochromator for absorbance from 200 to 1000 nm in 1 nm steps, a filter module for fluorescence, and a PMT detector for luminescence. It runs standard 96-well plates and also accepts 6, 12, 24, 48 and 384-well formats. A built-in shaker offers linear, orbital and double-orbital modes, and top heating from ambient +4 °C to 45 °C limits condensation under lids. The reader self-tests and calibrates at startup.
