The IsoPure 96 AP1096 automates magnetic bead extraction for up to 96 samples per run in deep-well plates, at sample volumes from 50 to 1000 µL. An 8-position carousel carries two heating blocks that hold lysis and elution steps anywhere from ambient +5 °C to 120 °C, and mixing speed is adjustable over 10 levels. Protocols are built on a 7.0-inch color touch screen or with the included mouse, with up to 100 stored on board. It works with popular magnetic bead kits and recovers more than 95% of beads.
