Sizing underarm crutches by user height

• Children: 3'7"–4' and 4'–4'6"
• Youth: 4'6"–5'2"
• Adult: 5'2"–5'10"
• Tall adult: 5'10"–6'6", with drive models up to 7'

Other types

• Forearm crutches: Guardian models adjust over 30–36 in or 35–41 in, and drive makes a tall-adult version. A cuff rests on the forearm, and there is no underarm pad.
• Bariatric crutches: the drive bariatric model covers 5'10"–6'6".
• Folding and quick-adjust: the Carex folding underarm crutch and Quick Adjust crutches for youth, adult and tall-adult users.
