Alpha Resources CEMBLES® – Pre-Assembled XRF Sample Cups - Fill, Snap and Test is an X-ray fluorescence (XRF) sample cup for holding powders, liquids, pellets, and slurries during XRF analysis. Used with a thin-film sample support (XRF film such as Mylar or polypropylene), it presents a flat, reproducible sample surface to the spectrometer for consistent, accurate EDXRF and WDXRF measurements.
