Technical Narrative

The TrippNT 50571 Triple HDPE Bottle Holder 500mL is a triple-position white ¼″ HDPE wall-mounted bottle holder engineered to secure 500 mL laboratory bottles at the wall in fume hood interiors, bench-adjacent wall panels, and laboratory surfaces where the corrosion resistance of HDPE is required. The walled rectangular tray base cradles the bottle base, and the open-top circle slot at the top constrains the bottle neck, creating a two-contact secure hold that prevents 500 mL bottles from tipping or sliding without requiring straps or clamping mechanisms. The HDPE construction provides resistance to strong acids, strong bases, concentrated bleach, most organic solvents, and repeated sani-wipe and disinfectant cleaning without material degradation. Two pre-drilled keyhole slots on the rear panel accept standard wall hardware (included) for installation on gypsum board, tile, or wood-panel walls.

At 11⅛″ W x 3⅛″ H x 4⅛″ D and 0.87 lb, the 50571 stages three 500 mL bottles at a single wall position. The full HDPE 500mL family includes 50569 (Single), 50570 (Double), 50539 (Quadruple); the ABS 500mL family (50016, 50017, 50011, 50157) provides the same form factor at a lower cost point for non-solvent environments. Backed by TrippNT’s 100% Lifetime Guarantee.

Laboratory and Clinical Applications

The 50571 is deployed in chemical-exposure laboratory environments requiring HDPE-grade corrosion-resistant three-position 500 mL bottle staging, including organic chemistry fume hood interior solvent wash bottle staging, analytical chemistry bench HPLC solvent and mobile-phase bottle staging, pharmaceutical GMP bench reagent and disinfectant bottle staging in bleach-cleaned environments, microbiological BSC media and reagent bottle staging, environmental analytical chemistry fume hood acid and base solution bottle staging, food and beverage QC cleaning agent bottle staging, semiconductor cleanroom high-purity solvent wash bottle staging, pharmaceutical compounding solvent bottle staging, industrial QC reagent and standard solution bottle staging, and any laboratory wall position requiring HDPE-grade chemical-resistant secure 3-bottle 500 mL staging at the point of use.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should the HDPE 50571 be specified over the ABS triple 500mL holder — what chemical environments specifically require HDPE?

Specify the HDPE 50571 when the holder will contact: strong oxidizing acids (nitric, sulfuric, chromic); concentrated bleach or hypochlorite solutions; aromatic solvents (toluene, xylene); chlorinated solvents (methylene chloride, chloroform); or reagents that attack ABS. Specify the ABS equivalent for aqueous buffers, dilute alcohols (ethanol, IPA, methanol), and non-oxidizing reagents where ABS provides adequate resistance at lower cost. In fume hoods or BSC environments with regular solvent vapor exposure, HDPE is the safer specification even if the bottles staged do not directly contact the holder beyond the neck and base contact points.

How does the Triple 50571 fit into the HDPE 500mL family — when is three positions the correct specification vs. Single 50569, Double 50570, or Quadruple 50539?

The Triple 50571 is the correct specification for fume hood interior three-position wash bottle programs (e.g., acetone, IPA, water) or three-reagent bench staging. Specify Single 50569 for single-bottle positions, Double 50570 for two-bottle configurations, and Quadruple 50539 for four-bottle programs. All share the same HDPE circle-slot geometry; select the count that fills the wall position without wasted slots or requiring a second holder for additional bottles.
