The TrippNT LabFlow Storage Rack (SKU 54092) is a 17¾″ wide, 69⅞″ tall welded and riveted aluminum rack with 25 rail levels and locking casters, designed to transform lab refrigerators, walk-in cold rooms, and ambient storage areas into high-density, organized, spill-contained supply stations. The rack accepts LabFlow Trays in 2.5″, 4″, and 6″ depths in both polycarbonate and polypropylene — 25 rail levels allows mixing tray depths within the same rack to maximize vertical space usage based on actual supply sizes. Manual front and back gate locks secure trays in position during transport or repositioning.
Welded and riveted aluminum construction resists corrosion at 4°C and below, will not rust or warp in cold storage conditions, and is rated for long-term cold room use. Low-profile locking casters allow smooth movement for cleaning, access, and reconfiguration. The 69⅞″ height allows the rack to use full refrigerator interior height without custom fitting.
