The snap-on lid protects loaded plates during transport between the prep bench and thermocycler, prevents aerosol contamination during setup in shared spaces, and allows stacking for organized storage. Five fluorescent colors per pack let you assign colors to experiments, users, or time points — critical in shared PCR areas where plate mix-ups waste expensive reagents and irreplaceable template.
Multi-Tube Rack (PCR-WORKRACK)
When your PCR workflow involves multiple individual tube sizes — 0.2mL tubes for reactions, 0.5mL tubes for serial dilutions, and 1.5/2.0mL microcentrifuge tubes for master mix stocks and template DNA — this rack holds all three formats in one organized unit. Each rack provides 32 positions for 0.2mL tubes, 16 for 0.5mL tubes, and 24 for 1.5/2.0mL tubes. The snap-on lid and stackable design allow prepared racks to be stored, transported, and queued for sequential processing runs.
