The Harvest Right Home Pro is a self-contained freeze dryer for fruit, vegetables, meat, dairy, desserts and full meals. Load the trays, press start, and it runs the freeze and dry cycles on its own and beeps when the batch is finished. Every size ships with a Premier vacuum pump, oil filter, stainless steel trays and the Mylar starter kit (50 bags, 50 oxygen absorbers and an impulse sealer), so the first batch can be packed the day it comes out.
