Harper Trucks 8818-41. It is built for a non-skid base. Model 8818-41. Bung drain is 21" off floor in horizontal position. Non-skid features on front rockers to prevent sliding. Comes with two retractable break-over handle. Designed for 30 and 55 gallon drums.

Choosing the Right Truck

A drum truck or drum rack is built around the drum's own geometry — chime (rim) height and barrel diameter — rather than a flat deck, so the drum sits secure and upright instead of resting on its curved side. A rack with the bung drain held off the floor lets a 55-gallon drum be tipped and drained without being lifted off the truck first. Non-skid features on the base matter here specifically because a loaded drum's center of gravity is high and off-center the moment the truck is tilted to move.
