Harper Trucks 701BC86-40. It is built for a 9.25" diameter cylinder, a base plate for moving boxes and crated loads. Designed to hold up to 9.25" diameter cylinders. Choosing the Right Truck

A cylinder truck is sized to the cylinder diameter it cradles, not to a generic load rating — a chain or bracket built for a 9.25" industrial gas cylinder will not securely hold a narrower medical or beverage cylinder, and the reverse leaves a large cylinder loose in an undersized cradle. Match the truck to the cylinder you actually move, then choose the handle: a continuous (looped) handle keeps both hands at one height for steering on the move, while dual handle bars with separate grips give more control tilting a heavy cylinder back onto the wheels from a standing start.
