Installation and Connection

The EAE-5120-2 inserts into the Oxion microscope's trinocular tube slot. The HD-Mini camera's C-mount adapter (included with the camera) then threads into the top of this tube. No tools are required — the adapter slides in and secures with the microscope's built-in locking mechanism. Ensure the Oxion is revision 2 before ordering; earlier Oxion revisions may have different tube dimensions. Why the Oxion Needs a Specific Adapter

The Oxion platform uses a different photo port design that requires this adapter to convert to the 23.2mm standard.
