EGA Master 71117 is a non-sparking slogging wrench — 1-13/16", Copper beryllium.
Copper beryllium does not throw an incendive friction spark, and it is non-magnetic and corrosion resistant. It is the harder of the two common non-sparking alloys, so it holds an edge and a flank better than aluminium bronze on repeated high-torque work.
Bought for flange and heat-exchanger bolting torqued by hammer blow.
