The MyFuge 12 is a fixed-speed mini centrifuge for quick spin-downs, running at 5,500 rpm to generate 2,000 × g. Its COMBI-Rotor runs 12 × 1.5/2.0 mL microtubes, 4 PCR strips or 32 × 0.2 mL tubes with no rotor change between formats. Closing the lid starts the run and opening it brakes the rotor for sample removal. The unit weighs 2.2 lb (1 kg) and accepts universal 100–240V power with a US or European plug.
