The MyFuge Mini C1008-B is a personal spin-down centrifuge for microtubes and PCR strips. Close the lid and the rotor reaches 6,000 rpm (2,000 × g); open it and the rotor stops in about a second. It ships with two rotors — eight 1.5/2.0 mL positions installed, and a PCR rotor for four 8-tube strips or 32 × 0.2 mL tubes — which clip on without tools and store in a compartment underneath.
