Alpha Resources Polypropylene 6.0u (0.24 mil) - Rolls (3" x 300') is a thin, X-ray-transparent polypropylene XRF film — an XRF thin-film sample support (6.0 micron) for XRF sample cups. It provides a strong, low-contamination window that holds powders, liquids, slurries, and pressed samples flat against the aperture for consistent, reproducible energy-dispersive (EDXRF) and wavelength-dispersive (WDXRF) X-ray fluorescence measurements.
