Alpha Resources 45mm XRF Sample Cups, Double Open Ended Cup Base/Sleeve/Helium Cap is a 45 mm X-ray fluorescence (XRF) sample cup for holding powders, liquids, pellets, and slurries during XRF analysis. Used with a thin-film sample support (XRF film such as Mylar or polypropylene), it presents a flat, reproducible sample surface to the spectrometer for consistent, accurate EDXRF and WDXRF measurements. The double-open-ended (fill and seal from either end) design speeds loading and sealing. A helium-path cap option supports volatile and light-element work.
