Alpha Resources Fast Set Epoxy Resin
Alpha Resources fast set epoxy resin is a metallographic epoxy cold-mounting (castable) consumable for encapsulating specimens ahead of grinding and polishing. It cures at room temperature to a hard, edge-retentive mount with low shrinkage and good specimen infiltration, protecting the sample and giving a uniform surface for automated preparation. This aftermarket item is cross-referenced to LECO part 811-563 and drops into the corresponding OEM workflow.
