Alpha Resources Smooth Wall Silver Capsules (9mm X 3.5mm) is a silver capsule (9 × 3.5 mm) for weighing and encapsulating solid and liquid samples ahead of combustion elemental analysis and isotope-ratio mass spectrometry (IRMS). Silver capsules are used for oxygen determination by pyrolysis and for samples requiring acidification (e.g., carbonate removal), withstanding the high pyrolysis temperatures with a low blank. Its smooth-wall design seals cleanly for liquids and volatile samples.
