Alpha Resources Scrubber Tube Transparent Silica is a quartz scrubber tube for the combustion/analysis train of CHNS/O and carbon/sulfur elemental analyzers. It holds the reagent/absorbent that removes interfering species from the gas stream to protect the detector and keep blanks low. High-purity quartz (transparent silica) withstands the high furnace temperatures and aggressive combustion atmosphere while keeping blanks low for accurate, reproducible elemental results.
