The QuadCount E7500 automates brightfield cell counting with a green LED light source, a 4x objective and a 5-megapixel CMOS sensor on a motorized XYZ stage that focuses automatically. Each disposable 4-chamber QuadSlide holds four 20 µL samples. Three modes trade speed against volume counted: Quick analyzes 0.15 µL in 20 seconds, Normal 0.9 µL in 30 seconds and Precise 3.6 µL across 24 image frames in 100 seconds. It counts cells from 5 to 60 µm and exports PDF reports to a USB drive.
