Wheelchair and seat cushions from ROHO®, drive™, Skil-Care™, Span America Geo-Matt®, EquaGel, Mabis®, NYOrtho, DMI® and McKesson.

Cushion types

  • Air-cell: the ROHO Mosaic and other inflatable cushions spread weight over adjustable cells.
  • Gel and gel/foam: the drive Gel-U-Seat and Gel E, the McKesson Gel Protekt, EquaGel Straight Comfort and Skil-Care Econo-Gel thin-line.
  • Molded and contoured foam: McKesson Premium Molded Foam (including a 22 × 18 in bariatric size), Geo-Matt and Skil-Care Position-Plus.
  • Coccyx and donut cushions: cut-out and ring designs from drive, NOVA and Hermell.
  • Back and lumbar cushions: the drive wheelchair back cushion and lumbar rolls, plus geri-chair recliner overlays.

Match the cushion to the wheelchair's seat width and depth, such as 16 × 16, 18 × 16 or 20 × 16 in. Thicker cushions raise seat height. Mattress overlays and heel protectors are under Pressure Relief & Positioning.
