One-piece or two-piece

A one-piece bag has the skin barrier built in and is changed as a unit. A two-piece system pairs a barrier (wafer) with a bag that attaches to it by a flange. The bag can be changed without removing the barrier, and the flange size of the bag must match the barrier. Pouches come drainable, closed-end or urostomy, in transparent or opaque film, with cut-to-fit or pre-cut openings.
