TrippNT LabFlow 6″ Polypropylene Tray — Standardized Polypropylene Storage Tray for LabFlow Hood Carts and Storage Racks
The TrippNT LabFlow 6″ Polypropylene Tray (SKU 101170) is a 6-inch deep translucent polypropylene storage tray designed to integrate with the TrippNT LabFlow Storage Rack and Hood Cart rail systems. At 12.75″ wide × 6″ deep × 20.875″ long, the tray slides onto the LabFlow rail without tools and provides modular, reconfigurable storage for laboratory supplies, consumables, reagents, and experiment-specific materials. Polypropylene construction provides translucent walls for quick visual checks without full transparency, along with excellent chemical resistance for both ambient and cold-storage (to 4°C) environments. Available alongside 2.5″ and 6″ depth options in both Polypropylene and Polycarbonate materials. Compare the 6” Polycarbonate (101120) for a fully clear version at the same depth.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are all LabFlow tray sizes interchangeable on the same rack?
Yes. All LabFlow trays use the same standardized 12.75″ width and rail interface, making 2.5″, 4″, and 6″ depths fully interchangeable on any LabFlow Storage Rack or Hood Cart. Mix depths within the same rack to match different supply volumes per position.
What is the difference between Polypropylene and Polycarbonate LabFlow trays?
Polypropylene (this tray) is translucent, lightweight, and chemical resistant. Polycarbonate trays are fully crystal clear, rigid, and slightly heavier. Choose polypropylene when lighter weight is the priority; choose polycarbonate when full visual transparency matters.
